Comfort Dentistry For Oral Surgeries

We offer a comprehensive list of oral surgeries, and we perform those surgeries with your comfort as a top priority. If you don’t feel comfortable and at ease during your procedure, then we haven’t fully achieved our goals. To ensure every patient feels relaxed, we provide safe, advanced sedation dentistry services for patients who experience dental anxiety, need extra support to stay comfortable, or who may need to undergo a more in-depth procedure.

During your surgical consultation, we will assess your medical history to determine the safest, most effective sedation option for you.

Dental Implants

And with Dr. Raman Saluja’s status as part of the Diplomate International Congress of Oral Implantologists, you can feel confident that you’re receiving the best possible care.

Dental implants offer a long-lasting and natural-looking solution to missing teeth. These excellent results are achieved by implanting titanium posts into the jawbone where luminous crowns can then be attached. They require no dietary restrictions, and they are built to last for life.

We offer the following dental implant systems:

  • Single Dental Implants
  • All-on-4® Dental Implants
  • Mini Implants
  • Hybrid Dental Implants
  • Implant-Retained Overdentures (similar to All-on-4®)

Bone Grafting

Periodontal disease can have disastrous effects on the jaw bone, making it impossible to support a dental implant without additional targeted treatments. If you are suffering from this periodontal disease, we may recommend bone grafting, also known as natural bone regeneration, to promote healthy bone growth in the jaw. This specialized treatment will cause your jaw bone to eventually strengthen itself enough to support a dental implant.

Sinus Lift

Sinus lift surgery, also known as maxillary sinus elevation, is a good option for patients who do not have enough bone height to support a dental implant, or whose sinuses are too big or too close for an implant. This surgery typically utilizes a bone graft taken from the patient's body. We perform sinus lift surgeries to provide more secure dental implants.

Tooth Extractions

oral surgery toolsTooth extractions can be performed as an emergency procedure to treat trauma, injury, or to prevent a future problem from occurring, as is the case with wisdom teeth removal.

Drs. Raman and Ayesha Saluja perform extractions for patients who are experiencing pain and discomfort or who have an infection caused by a tooth that is damaged beyond repair. In some cases, a surgical extraction may be required, but simple extractions are also performed if the tooth appears above the gum line. Before any extraction, we will administer a dental exam and take digital x-rays to determine the extent of the damage.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

It’s common for patients to get their wisdom teeth removed in their late teens or early 20s, but our team understands everyone’s needs are different. We use the most advanced diagnostic tools to determine the healthiest time for you or your child to undergo wisdom tooth extraction.

Although not every patient needs their wisdom teeth pulled, leaving them untreated can often contribute to pain, orthodontic concerns, and sometimes infection. At Art Dentistry Center, we perform all different types of wisdom tooth removal surgeries, including those on fully impacted wisdom teeth!
